Fantastic

Pros: This Hotel was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. It really did make my stay in New York enjoyable. Extremely peaceful and a home after busy days in the city. This will be where I recommend to people who travel here in the future The layout, the lifts, the shop.......everything about the hotel was amazing.

Cons: We had to move rooms once due to there not being a sofa bed like advertised.....but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the stay.

Very Good

Pros: We paid extra for a Times Square view which was expensive but i think worth it. Breakfast was very good. cleaners were excellent

Cons: With a lot of people in the hotel the elevators can take some time but very clever system that tells you which is the fastest elevator for you, however they are often full so would recommend some kind of weight/occupancy device so it calculates if their is space or not.

It’s not a dislike, only that it would be good if some USB points could be added into the rooms.

Pros: Location, stayed here many years ago, the refurbishment that has been done is outstanding.

Pros: Location was fantastic, right off Times Square. Hotel was busy and the atrium in the building is noisy but the rooms are well insulated.

Perfect location.

Pros: I’ve stayed a couple of times and love it here. The location couldn’t be any better for us. It’s a huge hotel with very good facilities.

Cons: Not much really. It just gets busy with being so big.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott, I was pleasantly surprised.

Pros: The rooms were very comfortable and quite big. The breakfast was great.

Cons: Thankfully there was a Starbucks in the hotel as their coffee wasn't great. But that's really my only complaint. Sorry, one more thing...their business center (FedEx) charged me $10 to give me a package I had delivered to the hotel! First time I've seen a hotel charge to receive a package! But the people at the reception were kind enough to remove it from my bill.

Enjoyed staying every bit of it.

Pros: The location was exceptional, almost a min away from times square stairs. They had the facility of providing free drinking water. The rooms were clean and when we had issue we talked to the staff and the staff always listened to our requests. Thrice we were charged wrongly (used destination credit for room service) talked to the reception and they resolved the issue.

Cons: Kitchen closes at 12 am.
