Generally ok. Excellent location. Close to all broadway shows and time square, subways.

Pros: Sonia in morning breakfast restaurant is very kind. The hotel is being checked on its outside wall. So all views were blocked.

Cons: Fire alarm was beeping falsely in the late night twice. Woke all us up in 1am and 4am. No explanation or apology were given to us..

Nice Times Square Location....Can watch the ball drop for Free from the Curbs outside

Pros: Location, Excellent staff Service. We got the chance to watch the ball drop on New years eve from the curbs outside the hotel. Gets a bit crowded towards 11.30 pm with nearby hotel guests. But well worth it.

Great stay!

Pros: Had an amazing time!! Hotel is in the perfect location, comfy beds, spacious rooms, will defo defo stay again!!

Cons: One reception staff member was rude, but honestly everyone else was so so so nice! I wouldn’t mark the staff down for one person — overall, the team was lovely.

Beautiful stay in heart of NYC

Pros: Perfect location in middle of city, yet rooms are superbly quiet. All staff are extremely helpful, beds heavenly comfortable, wished to take them home. Amenities up to 5stars. Food, we tested breakfast and room service also delicious. All in all we found a new favorite in NYC.

Cons: It would be great if a bar opened longer than 11pm at least on weekends, we were surprised given the lively nature of the surroundings. One more item on the wish list is a spa.
