Millennium Premier Hotel New York Times Square

Pros: A good hotel, reasonably priced for this location, and clean.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the staff persistently offered their own taxi, promising a price lower than Uber, but in fact we paid more. You shouldn't do that, it leaves visitors with a negative experience, feeling like they were tricked.

Exceptional Hotel, you will not regret staying here!

Pros: Where do I start, we throughly enjoyed our stay here, from check in to check out the staff were so so lovely and welcoming and we had lots of great chats with them. The room itself was extremely clean, spacious, amazing view. The location is perfect, I cannot fault this hotel one bit. A lot of people in the reviews complaining about the breakfast need to get a grip, yes it’s more a grab a go type thing but you get Bagels, cheese, fruit, coffee machine, juice, baked stuff like crossaints! All you need to fill your belly up for a big day of exploring the city. I 100% recommend you stay here you will not regret it! We are booking to come back here again this year and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thank you again for an amazing experience from start to finish. Unbeatable Location and pretty good value for money

Pros: The location is unbeatable, close to everything and very easy to get around on the subway. Facilities were very comfortable and clean. The grab and go breakfast is actually pretty convenient.

Cons: The temperature control in the room wasn't working very well

Nice stay and good position

Pros: Hotel in a fantastic location in Manhattan, just a 1-minute walk from Times Square and 5 minutes from the subway. Spacious room with a skyscraper view, with coffee pods for the coffee machine always restocked and water included in the room rate. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. The bathroom was very large, with both a bathtub and a shower, and was always perfectly clean.

Cons: The bathroom and some of the furniture are worn and should be replaced. For example, after opening the wardrobe door, I wasn’t able to close it again. I also had a negative experience with one of the reception staff when picking up my luggage after check-out. I feel that they don’t appreciate when someone doesn’t understand every single word in English, which I believe is absolutely normal and understandable. In fact, one staff member raised her voice at me in an irritated way because I hadn’t realized she had asked me to follow her. However, all the other staff members were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is served on the mezzanine floor and must be taken to your room in a paper bag. It is very basic and limited to packaged pastries. Do not expect the buffet breakfast usually offered in 4-star hotels; it feels more like a B&B-style breakfast.

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of Times Square!

Pros: The Millennium Premier is in an ideal location, steps away from Times Square. Despite its close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Times Square, our room was blissfully quiet — a real oasis from the craziness of NYC! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in October and really appreciated the size of our room. Having a couch is wonderful to stretch out on after a long day of walking and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is exactly as described in the description - grab and go. There was plentiful amounts, however, so it wasn't really an issue. If you want to stay right in the heart of Manhattan, the Millennium should definitely be your pick as the location is 10/10.

Cons: The staff weren't the friendliest, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Cons: The property needs a refresh. Things are a bit dated and there are lots of rotten timber and gaps etc. The A/C is very noisy in case you are light sleeper (see photo). Shower heads need to be replaced.
