Pros: Gil the receptionist checked me in and was very efficient, helpful and courteous. The room was good sized and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location was just perfect ! I highly recommend this hotel

Pros: The room was ready earlier than expected. Free Starbucks coffee at the lobby. Great to go outside with hot drink in January morning 🥶 Many metro line next to the hotel. Possibily to leave my luggage after checkout and enjoy my last hours in the City.

Good value hotel in the heart of Manhattan.

Pros: The location could not be better, close to Time Square, Broadway and all the subway lines. We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn before so we knew the room would be small. The room and the bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. We were on the 22nd floor and there was no noise from the street. The weather was freezing and we had the air conditioning on all night. Luckily the air conditioning is relatively quiet and did not interfere with our sleep. The staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a restaurant/bar on-site which is convenient.

Cons: The reception area is not at entrance level. You have to go up one floor. Also, there is no place to sit and wait for a transport pick-up.

I will definitely be staying here for all my future trips!

Pros: I’ve stayed in New York a few times and this has by far been one of the best, wholesome hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff couldn’t do enough, gave us tips and tricks while exploring. Michelle on reception matched our energy and left us wanting to be besties! The room was the perfect, we were out all day and so it was the perfect size for what was needed, TV, Fridge, Microwave, coffee machine.

Brilliant location, great hotel.

Pros: It is truly in a great location, a stone's throw from Times Square. There are shops, restaurants, Subway Stations, Broadway all so close by and easy walking to other things like the Empire State Building, Rockerfeller Centre, 5th Avenue, Central Park. The rooms were modest but it is midtown Manhattan but clean, comfortable and with great airconditioning and bathroom. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I would certainly stay here again and have no hestitation in recommending the hotel.

Cons: At night it can be a little noisy with sirens and the like but it is midtown Manhattan.

Pros: Location is absolutely excellent. Rooms are clean and beds are confortable. There is a micro-wave and a small fridge which is appreciated if you want to cut a bit on food expenses.

Cons: Secured locker was broken and non-functional. Carpets all over the room. Breakfasts are OK at best; you cannot serve yourselves drinks and coffee; food choices are limited.
