Pros: The staff were friendly, the hotel was in a good location and close to subway. It had a nice breakfast and you could have hot or cold food with a good selection of both. I came with my 2 sons and we all enjoyed our stay there,it has coffee machine and big TV in the room. The room was clean bit outdated but did not bother us at all. It is perfect for a budget friendly hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: It is a bit outdated with the furniture in the rooms and the mirror in our bathroom was peeling ( but didn't effect use) We didn't spend alot of time in our room so it suited us fine. But for the price and location it didn't really bother us.

Great location and good value for NYC

Pros: Excellent location and very warm. Ask for a high room to avoid NYC noise. Free coffee and hot chocolate. Nice staff.

Cons: Breakfast area was cramped.

It was a good stay, I would definitely stay again.

Pros: Although the hotel is on the older side, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was fantastic.

Cons: The breakfast room was a bit small for the amount of rooms. This hotel has 30 odd floors and the breakfast room was tiny. There wasn't enough hot breakfast, when we went down at 8.30 the hot breakfast was finished.

An Oasis

Pros: The ability to check in late following a difficult journey

Cons: The breakfast facility is adequate but not great

Espectacular, because of the nearest of everything. We walk all the time and everything was closer.

Pros: LOVE IT THE SERVICE OF BREAKFAST. THAT WAS AWESOME, BECAUSE OF THE VARIETY OF FOOD. Thank you for that.❤️

Cons: I don't like that there's no fridge, no microwave in the room. The ice maker was out of service.

Pros: Good value for money. Lovely idea of small welcome bag and good staff at check in. Generous breakfast options.

Cons: Slightly noisy, especially with construction nearby but normal for NY.

Great hotel, good location, breakfast, helpful staff

Pros: Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, water and snacks provided. They allowed me to check in early and kept my bags for a few hours after checkout. The breakfast is good and very convenient before starting the day exploring the city. The location is excellent, close to metro stations, attractions, and restaurants. Everything went very well during my stay, exceeding my expectations.

Cons: There are only two elevators, and during rush hour on weekend mornings, I sometimes had to wait a short time (~5 minutes) to get down (going up, however, was easier). There is a sign limiting the elevator's capacity to 6 people, but this was probably an underestimate, as the elevator's capacity is 2,000 lbs, comfortably holding 10 people. Since the elevator is in high demand, perhaps they could revise this sign.

Pros: The hotel was very central and the room was clean although the room was small. Nonetheless, breakfast was good, we were able to eat well before exploring New York whole day,😊

Cons: The hotel was an old building and elevators were not sufficient for such a multistorey hotel. Breakfast hall was not enough, You have to it at a very early morning.

I would definitely go back.

Pros: Staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The room is clean and tidy. Great location close to landmarks. Breakfast buffet is included and good. Free bottled water that you can grab anytime you like, quite handy after a long walk around NY.

Cons: The room is a bit cramped with two beds, and the shower is loud.

Pros: It was great to have breakfast included. And free snacks and waterbottles were so wellcoming!
