A hotel with good service and location

Pros: Good location - close to bus Terminal, metro station, and not far away from Times Square. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Good service.

Cons: Noice from the street.

Pros: I liked the service and their quick responses to our requests

Cons: Coffee and milk were free, that was very good. I think the price of the breakfast was high. The other thing I didn't like was the amount of trash outside the hotel. I think this is a big issue in all Manhattan, hovewer it must be improved somehow.

Great stay in the centre of Manhattan!

Pros: Loved the little touch of warm apple cider when we came back each day!! Bed was super comfy and shower was powerful. Everything we needed for a base in NYC

Cons: A bit noisy even on 20th floor but I guess that’s Times Square for you!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Would stay again

Pros: Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The small bar at the front of the hotel was a great addition as was nice to sit and unwind after a tiring sightseeing day.

Cons: The location was not what I thought it would be but as like a lot of hotels in NW, it was down a side street and didn’t look as nice from outside. Once inside, though it was very nice.

Very enjoyable stay in the heart of Manhattan

Pros: Perfect location only minutes from Times Square and Broadway. Staff were great and hotel clean, warm and competitively priced for NYC at Xmas.

Cons: Only issue we had was the hotel have their own taxi which we booked for our airport return. The taxi came but didn't wait and kind of left us stranded. Luckily the great staff at the hotel flagged us a yellow cab so we made the flight home.
