Pros: Whenever I can I always choose those hotel when in NYC. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The location, although not exceptionally beautiful view wise, unless on higher floors, is very very convenient. And the beds are super comfortable.

Excellent location with a quite stay

Pros: Great location near Times Square and the theater district. Easy access to subway system for travel throughout the city.

Pros: Location is great - staff are friendly - rooms are comfortable and clean. Can't ask for more in mid-town Manhattan

I’d stay again if ever in the area and would recommend for sure!

Pros: Amazing staff at front desk. Delicious food, loved the coffee service, and evening meals. My sons were two doors down with their high school band so this gave THEM a bit of separation and ME a chance to unwind. My air con was not working but luckily it did not cause an issue in comfort overall.
