Great base in NY and the staff are super helpful

Pros: The property is central and you can access all attractions from this base. The hotel at night time is in a slightly daunting area, although the locals seem to get on with their own agenda. The hotel staff are all amazing and try very hard to ensure customers are happy with their stay.

Cons: Slightly shabby decor, needs a little update.

Comfy beds !

Pros: Location was good and it was in a quiet-ish street. The cleanliness was perfect and the room was made every day making it feel fresh and welcoming in the evening. The bed was also very big and super comfortable. The staff were nice overall.

Cons: Indoor soundproofing could be better as it was easy to hear other guests. Some staff were less friendly than others but nothing bad.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel in New York City for 3 nights and were extremely satisfied with our experience. Everything worked exactly as it should. There was always hot water, the heating worked perfectly, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The room was clean, well equipped, and met all our expectations. A big advantage for us was that a debit card was sufficient for the deposit, so there was no need for a credit card, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation, making it simple to get around the city and explore everything we wanted to see. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the overall communication with the staff was pleasant, professional, and quick. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York!

Pros: Good location, friendly staff and warm cookie on arrival a nice touch

Cons: Rooms ever so slightly small which makes it hard with luggage if 4 people sharing the double double bed room but easily manageable and still worth the price

Pros: The hotel room was clean, didn’t hear too much noise from the streets, not enough to interrupt sleep. The staff were really friendly, especially Daniel who helped us out, he recommended how to get to somewhere the best/easiest way, and he also recommended the best pizza place, which he was correct!
