Perfect location, clean, and very accommodating staff

Pros: The views were excellent. We were on the 27th floor and really loved the view from there. The location was also perfect. You're right by the main Port Bus Terminal where you can get the subway and connections to all round NY. The room was lovely and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the gym was small but had everything we needed, and the breakfast was plentiful.

Cons: The room decor is a little dated and there were a few very minor things that could have improved the comfort level, such as having hooks in the room to hang wet coats etc. Also a kettle in the room would have been nice - we did have a coffee machine though.

Pros: Location, comfy bed, clean, staff lovely, take away breakfast, fast lifts, good shower, plenty storage. Ideal for express bus from Newark

Pros: The location was fine. I liked it. The breakfast was good. The employees were so nice with us.

Cons: The elevator was so slow. They need to improve that.

Pros: The hotel was in an exceptional location in midtown Manhattan. We spent our few days walking everywhere and taking in the city. We easily walked to times Square, central park, public library, MoMa and more! Was very pleasantly surprised! Big thanks to Alejandra, whom, on our first day, has allowed us to check in before our time and get our big luggage in our room. This simple gesture has made our stay better!!
