Staff was great and hassel free, the room was clean and comfy.

Pros: The staff we talked to were very quick and kind making the whole check-in and checkout a hassle free experience and the beds and room were clean and comfy.

Cons: In the bathroom the fan didn't work, and there were some small signs of damage on the wallpaper (there were dark grey spots on the wallpaper not a lot but still some).

Great as always.

Pros: Staff was all friendly from the front desk to the valets. Bartenders were friendly, professional and efficient. The location was perfect to the theater and easy for my daughter to get to.

Cons: Nothing, I have stayed here before. The lock on our door did not work properly. We reported it upon checkout.

Pros: Wonderful hotel- clean, convenient location, friendly staff, large rooms, restaurant and bar have good food and drinks. Fabulous view from our room.

Cons: Room had a stale smell of old fast food. Property shows signs of aging. Room was very dark even with all the lights on.

excellent stay.

Pros: location was great. the price was right. the facility was clean. the bed was comfy. the staff courteous. everything was wonderful. we highly recommend this hotel again. we will choose this hotel again.

Cons: we didn't have longer time to stay. we didn't get to try the food or drinks. we are disappointed we didn't stay here before. hopefully we will be back to philly soon. next time will be just as good or better.

Pros: Shout out to James at the check in desk. This man knows service. Stellar customer service from him! Everyone was polite friendly and helpful. Lovely stay.

There was a strike going on outside Sunday from the employees, but everything was great.

Pros: The room was clean, bathroom was nice and clean, and the view was amazing especially at night.

Cons: The blanket on the bed had what looked like dried blood stains on it so we didn’t use it. Just used the sheets. Also a room that can have up to4 people in it only had 2 towels. Easy fix though obviously just asked for more.
