Felt like a home away from home … thanks
Pros: Great location, great leisure facilities and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The outstanding feature however were the people who worked at the hotel and in particular the concierge
Cons: Nothing - all good

An unforgettable stay at the Rittenhouse Hotel, where every detail was perfect and the warm welcome made us feel truly s
Pros: Our stay at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly special, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The warm welcome, complete with bagels and cookies for our two little princesses, brought huge smiles to their faces. The location is excellent, the service outstanding, and the hospitality unforgettable. Thank you for an incredible stay!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It’s a superb location and idyllic overlooking the square. A lovely hotel with large suites, with added bonus of a swimming pool & spa.
Cons: It’s the higher end price wise

Perfection!
Pros: Absolute perfection from arrival to departure. Rooms were clean, view amazing, location spot on for shopping and sightseeing, stations nearby for travelling to the airport or NYC. Hotel staff the best! I could go on…! Will definitely stay here again.

It would have been better if the main people had looked like they were happy to have us as guests.
Pros: The Four Seasons was fully booked so I stayed here. My first time. Love the room decor/layout. Separate shower and bath tub a plus. Having a pool + sauna + steam room … heaven. The doormen, valet and security are delightful. Also the housekeeping staff.
Cons: The receptionists all seemed stuck-up. Or at best waiting to clock off work. La Croix restaurant… from the rude bartender to the head waitstaff, all were judgmental. Not wanting to seat me, telling me perhaps I may prefer the bar downstairs. They were lucky I wasn’t in the mood and was had the energy to outdo their apathy. The food was good. Nothing OTT. But the fact that I had to press to get a seat… plus I and my friend were the only black guests. And we were guests at the hotel. I had had a long day to venture looking for another restaurant. Oh, it was 80% empty when we asked for a table.
