Pros: The kitchenette was perfect but only one burner work and the ice didn’t work had to go downstairs for ice, the Bess felt like cotton balls and so did the pillows so I woke up with pain in my back and neck, I love the Hotel it just needs a upgrade and better towels and washcloths, Firmer mattress and pillows because the location is perfect , A upgrade will increase sells IJS….

Cons: My Comfort in the bed, The towels and wash cloths wee dingy and looked used and some of the appliances didn’t work so it makes a person stay unpleasant after traveling and paying for a weekend getaway

Pros: Staff was professional, room was clean, and great breakfast selection.

Cons: Only down fall was not enough parking in the parking garage.

The front desk staff and breakfast attendant were both pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Overall, my sister and I were pleased with our stay.

Cons: Walls are thin & guests in the next room were very loud until late hours.

Pros: The room was clean, decorated nicely, hallways always smelled beautiful.

Cons: No parking and the app for the mobile parking was hard to used and figure out.

Pros: it is consistently a good place to stay in Wilmington.

Cons: The property used to offer parking at around $8 per day. Now they only offer valet parking at $34 a day. That’s crazy! Also, there are a couple of metered parking spots in front of the building where you can pay to park for up to 2 hours. But, on several occasions those two spots were cordoned off as “valet”, which really restricted our ability to find parking without paying the $34. We also wondered if the hotel can restrict parking in those two metered spots because they are run by the city, not the hotel.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating including front desk, valet and housekeeping.

Cons: System was down to call valet.

Pros: Staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Very clean. Stephanie checked me in and was very welcoming. The girl doing schoolwork in the evening with glasses was awesome. There was a path along the river nearby and we went walking. Very nice.

Cons: Beware the pet fee. My service dog always travels with me and most places let you know of a nonrefundable deposit. Normally $50 or $75. Not a word was said to me. Was charged $150 after my stay. For that alone I would not stay here again. The parking deck had confusing signage as to being able to park overnight. So I spent $70 to valet. All in all I would not stay here again.
