Great location, new hotel great facilities

Pros: Beautiful hotel and we had a bridge and manhattan view which was brilliant. Good location

Cons: Toilet kept having issues which we couldn’t flush and cold water due to pipes freezing. Was all rectified though

An excellent place, we enjoyed our stay and a great base for exploring Brooklyn.

Pros: Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and great location.

Cons: Room size small for 3 people (travelling with child). but still manageable.

Pros: The rooftop. The staff at the pool and the restaurant

Cons: Tiny room, rebellious bed, and housekeeping that believes in minimalism - as in, doing nothing. It didn’t spoil our stay anyway

Pros: Very cool hotel. Filtered water in rooms a nice touch. Great location and view from rooftop pool excellent plus good sushi and cocktails. Easy access to water taxi and 10 min walk to subway. Cafe downstairs good for quick breakfast. Peloton bikes and a few machines and treadmills in gym

Cons: Pool is just a lap pool but that is not surprising given location and it is such a nice space. 2 hour limit on sunbeds is reasonable and stops people just setting up camp. Only other minor gripe is adding a 20 per cent service charge automatically then having a blank for tip to be added

Amazing stay in a stunning hotel

Pros: Stunning location and decor, rooftop plunge pool and bar. Loved ‘Wine down’ hour (choice of free wine)

Cons: Slightly disappointed that we weren’t able to access pool when we arrived due to an event taking place. The views are worth it but traffic noise from the Brooklyn Bridge is an issue for light sleepers.

Pros: We loved the property and the location. The views are phenomenal. Staff were very attentive.

Wonderful!

Pros: Great location, great food. Drinking water taps in the room. The views were stunning. Super convenient to use the ferry.

Cons: Only minor things e.g the towel rail would bang if i pulled the towel off too fast. The second room we were in had less individual lighting. But none of this impacted our enjoyment.
