Check in and reception was amazing , best location and very new and clean room

Pros: The location and the staff at check in who let us have our room early on check in date

Cons: The fact that there’s no division between the bathroom and the room, a panel like the door to the shower would be good but even a curtain would do . There’s no privacy

Great location!

Pros: The location is superb, close to anywhere, close to foods. Clean room. Great environment. Love the heating conditioner. Everything works great to me. Great city view. Room size is fair. I was travel alone so I don't feel the room is small and it all fit my luggage size.

Cons: No microwave available.

I had a pleasant stay overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the great location.

Pros: The front desk staff were very patient and helpful. They assisted me with information and taxis whenever I needed help. The restaurant and bar staff, as well as the manager, were extremely kind and attentive. The food was very good, and the breakfast was excellent — I definitely recommend it. The location is outstanding, very close to many major attractions in the area.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the mattress was of poor quality. The room was very small and would not be suitable for two people.

Pros: Smack bang Times Square location. Walking distance to Central Park (15 mins) $10 for food or drink DAILY. Daily housekeeping.

Cons: Water pressure could have been better and temperature a bit warmer. Is a bit pricey but you’re paying for location as well so can’t complain too much.

Compact hotel in a great location

Pros: Booked this after a last minute cancellation. You can't beat the location. Like other ny hotels, it's compact but well laid out. I travelled solo and made the space work but it'll def be a tight squeeze for any additional person (child or adult)
