Fantastic stay in a modern hotel will 100% be back.

Pros: The location of hotel was central to everything and within walking distance of subway and grand central station. Comfy beds and amazing waterfall shower and friendly staff.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, would recommend staying.

Pros: Couldn’t fault it, extremely clean and lovely big room with a view, as I asked for. Staff so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was exceptional, so much variety and you could eat as much you wanted.

Comfortable and easy

Pros: The location of the hotel was fantastic! It’s very close to multiple subway stations, only a few seconds away from Times Square, and has multiple cafes and restaurants surronding it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful in the hotel as well.

Mostly fantastic hotel, strange bed configuration.

Pros: The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was nice and the location was excellent.

Cons: The two beds were pushed together, meaning no bedside table in the centre of the two. This led to very weird sleeping arrangements and having to climb down the bed to get in and out. There was more than enough room in the room itself for the beds to have a gap between them. I can't see why this was the chosen configuration.
