Hard Rock Hotel New York

Fantastic hotel and location and we certainly plan to return sometime.

Pros: The location for times square, staff were friendly and very helpful, the whole place felt modern and was very clean, we would definitely stay here again

Cons: We didn't realise there was a $500 deposit required upon checking in (this is charged against your credit card), however this was fully paid back a couple of days after checking out once they check the room over, we also didn't realise the roof top bar was closed on our last night (which was a Sunday) so missed out here but we may have missed this detail somewhere and would have visited sooner knowing this.

A good hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location just off Times Square, the staff were excellent, the room was well equipped and spotlessly clean, wifi worked well. Good access for the subway

Cons: It was a little noisy at times with guest being disrespectful of checking out at 04:00 and the self closing door, close with a bang.

Friendly staff with a warm welcome

Pros: The staff were polite, extremely professional and curtious. The rooms are exceptionally clean and roomy. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in so we were given a complimentary drink at the bar whilst we waited.

Super clean hotel in a perfect location

Pros: I loved the cleanliness. The cleanest hotel I have ever been to in my life and I only go to 4 and 5 star hotels.

Pros: good location with easy access to alot of places. ground floor staff alert for any security issues and friendly. good lighting

Cons: room alot smaller than pictures. shower area only two hanging hooks but no space to put clothes. high toilet bowls. refrigerator not cold- milk curdled only after 2 days (exp 2 weeks later)

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock Hotel. All the staff were very accommodating, warm, and always ready to assist us with a smile. The food was not only delicious but also had a wide variety of options, and the service was consistently excellent. The facilities were well-maintained, the ambiance was lively yet relaxing, and every detail made our stay extra special. It was such a memorable experience, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fun vibe all in one place!

Pros: Great hotel in the middle of Times Square. Close to the theatres.

Cons: Roof top bar was great. But very slow service.

Good, but ….

Pros: The rooms were clean. Hotel service was nice. Good location.

Cons: The only thing was not transparent was payment. I ordered my stay via booking. I don’t know whom to blame booking or hotel, but I paid ~20% more than showed booking (maybe related with tax or sth else which I’m not aware of). During my trip I stayed also in Mariott, Hilton and the prices from booking matched real payment and this is curious.
