Excellent location, needs an update

Pros: Great location, spacious room, very friendly & helpful stuff.

Cons: Urgently in need of renovation, no coffee making amenities (only upon availability when you arrive). They demand 100$/night guarantee upon arrival without any prior notice. Poor breakfast, not worth spending on it.

convenient, old-world luxury in mid-town.

Pros: The staff are superb - everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. The rooms are big enough to not feel cramped. Everything is clean. It has an old world, Italianate luxury and hasn't been remodelled to be just another cookie cutter boring design.

Cons: Because I made the reservation through Booking.com, they weren't able to extend my stay by a day when I was already there. I had to go and make a separate additional booking.com booking for another night-- meaning I had to check out and then check in again.

Excellent find in midtown

Pros: The location was excellent and the overall hotel was very nice and comfortable. Some furnishings need to be updated and tidied. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was kept clean and housekeeping was very good.

Cons: Some noise from the street as the internal soundproofing window was missing. Should really offer more free items from the mini bar.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

Pros: Times Square Hotel Location convenient for walking to many attractions and restaurants etc. Staff all very friendly, polite and helpful, especially the Doormen who we're Brilliant . We had a King studio which was very comfortable, lovely large room, bed comfy and great large bathtub Stayed 7 nights visiting from uk 16th-23rd December and although New York very busy and the Hotel itself I believe was either fully or nearly fully booked it never felt like it, no queuing for elevators, Lounge Restaurant etc Would Definitely Recommend

Pros: The property was very well maintained, the beds and rooms were comfortable and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful and the location is very central. Would not hesitate in stopping here again.
