Just perfect - couldn’t fault it! Would highly recommend!

Pros: The location was absolutely brilliant! So close to Times Square, Grand Central Station, Empire State, Bryant Park (the list goes on!). The hotel was clean and the rooms beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the roof top bar is perfect! The view of the Empire State from the roof top bar is UNREAL!

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Excellent value for money.

Pros: Great location -close to a Subway stop if you didn’t want to walk far but also walkable distance to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Rooftop bar had incredible views of the Empire State Building. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looked lovely. The room was clean and the shower was excellent! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: The room was so dark! The decor was dark but the lighting was also super dim. We coped for a short stay though. Might be a bit depressing if you were staying in the room a lot!

Pros: Loved the location, staff was friendly and helpful, as well as room was spotless! The rooftop bar was an added bonus!

Pros: Location was excellent and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons: Really not a big deal but the rooms were pretty tiny so not much room for suitcases and stuff.

Pros: Rooms were decent size for New York more then enough room for 2 people and their suitcases, the style was lovely and was very clean all around the hotel

Cons: Only thing I can fault is our coffee machine didn’t work properly but no biggie, didn’t bother staff about it since we got coffee in the numerous coffee shops around!

Great!

Pros: I really love this hotel. The location is great, it is 5 minute walk from times square and 3 minute walk from bryant park and empire state building. The staff was really nice and they were cleaning room everyday. The metro station was 2 minutes from hotel. In the lobby there is a nice bar and they have great rooftop from where you can see empire state bulding and the city :)

Cons: We have a little problem with deposit, but they return it. So really no problem.

Hotel Hendricks provided us with clean and comfortable accommodation whilst being in a convenient location in Manhattan.

Pros: The property was in a great location for Times Square, Broadway shows and access to the New York Subway. Our room was clean and comfortable with modern interior.

Cons: Lack of laundry services and lighting in the room was a bit too dim.

Wonderful stay, great location, great staff. Would highly recommend!

Pros: A lovely hotel and in an ideal location for sight seeing. The room with the Empire State Building view was amazing as were the views from the rooftop!! All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned and serviced to a high standard, every day. Would recommend

Cons: Our towels were changed every day which i didn't feel was necessary. Some tips for customers and incentives to help the environment would be useful and less wasteful.
