Great location, check if curtain works before unpack, maybe ask for higher floors, very dark on 3rd.

Pros: Location is superb, can't fault it. Breakfast was very good, eggs, fresh waffles, coffee and yoghurt. All day coffee and tea available too. Room was big enough but very dark on the 3rd floor facing the back, so be careful.

Cons: Electric curtains didn't work for the first three days. We requested it to be fixed and was forgotten the first time. We then requested it again but took a long time to fix, seems a faulty battery or something. Someone had to come in with a ladder and took the whole curtain down to fix it and it was really a little intrusive as it took quite a while with workmen coming in and out of our room. The air-con was extremely noisy, my phone recorded 50 decibels in bed while the aircon was on. There is no way one can sleep with the aircon on. Thankfully it wasn't summer.

Humanity in this world of commercial

Pros: My tpur was extended due to India - pakistan tension/war and for the extended date hotelwass unable to accommodate and the hotel cooperated me not to charge any penalty/ amount. I Sincerely thamk to hotel management for thier courteous behaviour. Kalyan Singh

Clean & safe district to stay

Pros: Very friendly staff - from reception to back-end staff. Orange juice and ice water are provided at all times at reception. Free flow of hot coffee & tea at pantry. Hotel Location is within walking distance to all shopping districts and subways.

Cons: There are so many Fairfield Hotel in NYC. U need to be careful with the address when booking Uber Ride.

Pros: Location Is great, close to Times Square and The Empire State Building, near subway station. Breakfast was ok as continental, with a modest variety of food. The room was clean.

Cons: The room was small, as well as the bathroom.

Pros: Very nice people, amazing location, nice view of the Empire state. There was a mixup and no room for us for the first night, so they upgraded us up to the suite. The view was amazing, but furniture old, room was very cold, because windows are old and with a lot of cold february air coming in. Standard room was suprisingly better.

Cons: Suite is definitely not suite standard.
