Pros: Location excellent, staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: Dated, not enough bedding, one chair at breakfast bar in room that sleeps 3, plug in bath not working, handles on draws falling off, not enough crockery for kitchenette (1 cup, 2 bowls, sleeps 3 so should be enough for the amount of people in the room) no kettle, lifts very busy and can be waiting 15/20 mins. Breakfast too busy and not enough seats for everyone

Pros: A very nice and well-maintained hotel. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but everything was clean and tidy. There were only problems with the elevator during peak hours. Otherwise, it was always quite quick. The breakfast was very plentiful, and there was plenty of fruit. The waffle machine was fantastic. If you arrived early enough, you could always get a seat, and it wasn't too crowded. The hotel's location was fantastic. Everything was easily accessible, and the subway was right around the corner.

We really liked the hotel overall!
Pros: The hotel had very friendly staff, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room size was also a huge plus factor, it had a kitchen as well! The location is another huge plus as it’s located 5 mins walking distance from 5th avenue, shopping malls, Central Park, Empire State Building to name a few.
Cons: The breakfast was not the best. It felt like it was the same type of breakfast everyday.

Warm and welcoming and very comfortable.
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our needs, especially due to my partners disability and my daughter's autism. The location is brilliant, breakfast was a real bonus and the beds were so comfortable.
Cons: The bathrooms were functional and when we had an issue with the shower maintenance were out and fixed it in 5 minutes but the overall appearance looked a little tired and dated.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, decent breakfast and a great size!
Pros: Huge rooms for NYC. The kitchenette was so good to have at the end of a long day and the fridge was huge.
Cons: Nothing really. It isn’t a 5 star hotel, so anyone expecting that might be disappointed, however, the beds are very comfy, the bathroom decent, kitchen has everything you need and the size (by NYC standards) is amazing!
