A great hotel in central New York

Pros: This is an excellent hotel in central Manhattan, within walking distance of Broadway. For its comfort and location it is very reasonably priced. The room was large, very comfortable and comes with a well-stocked minibar. Room service was excellent (I had my meal in under 20 minutes) The staff was very helpful, despite my having to extend my stay for two days, then shorten it again. (My flight was cancelled.)

Cons: The free wifi cut out once, but I was back online in less than a minute. Nothing else comes to mind.

Great value for money

Pros: Great location, large rooms, excellent breakfast. Subway station is very close to the hotel.

Cons: The furnitures are old and worn.

Royalton stay

Pros: The staff were all great location is great walking distance from lots of key attractions and easy access to subways to go that bit further.

Cons: That there was no mugs or kettle in the room an espresso machine is not what folk want they want tea and coffee selections to choose from first thing upon waking not have to leave the room for morning coffee. The air con was very old and noisy new updated individual room air con units would fix that and are much quieter.

Pros: The staff were excellent. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Our room was lovely. It was cleaned every day to a high standard. We had a room that was very close to the elevators which I requested as my husband has limited mobility. The restaurant and bar were also very good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: The elevator system took a bit of getting used to but this is not really a complaint as it was just a quirk.

Modern vibe, great location slightly away from btourist area, highly professional staff and good space standards

Pros: It has a modern vibe, with larger rooms than most in NYC at this price point. The staff are very helpful and on hand to assist upon arrival. Visited New York 5 times now and this is the best value hotel with high quality that I have stayed in.

Cons: We were allocated a wheelchair access room which meant the shower was large with a seat but the problem for us was the shower head did not go high enough to wash hair without holding the shower head by hand. A minor inconvenience as we were only staying one night.

Fabulous stay!

Pros: Courtney on the front desk was awesome, so welcoming, friendly and informative, a great first impression, and Eric, the concierge was equally as nice, bringing us up a bottle of fizz to start our honeymoon and guiding us on how to use the Metro. The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable and clean. All the staff Inc the house keepers and doorstaff were lovely and friendly.

Cons: No kettle, no tea bags, no free coffee pods. Fortunately we always travel with our own, but for the price of the room these items really should be included! Also there was no access to our balcony which we should have been notified of prior to our arrival.

Overall loved it just the breakfast offering could do with some huge improvements.

Pros: Great location (accessible for Subway and easy walk to most places in Manhattan). Reception staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was a good size and very comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast as an overall experience was poor. Staff not very friendly. Both eating areas not clean. Biggest breakfast was a poor selection with food constantly running low (or cold).

Great hotel in a fantastic spot

Pros: Superb location, very close to the 6 train. clean room always, massive beds, nice bathroom. Helpful staff - check in/out was simple. very satisfied.

Cons: TV size is quite small, but really, thats nitpicking, and who goes to NYC to watch a lot of TV. Sometimes awaiting lifts took a bit of time.

A great Hotel and Staff

Pros: We had a great stay, Our room was very big. The breakfast was from the Menu, and was very good. The bar was good, We did not use the pool but it did look good. The Lead Concierge Erik Sherr was vey helpful, and spent a lot of time with us advising us, and booking attractions. We used Uber a lot through choice, but there is a Station just across the road, There is a 711 shop about 8 minutes walk away, a McDonalds over the other side of the road, and a great pub just around the corner, The Winston Churchill. which also done food. Reception Staff, Room cleaners, Restaurant and Bar Staff and Bell Boy were all very good. Coffee machine in the room was good, We were text during our stay asking if all was OK and is there anything we needed. The Hotel location was in a nice area, not to far out the centre, easy walking distance to the centre.

Cons: Nothing really. A suggestion would be, we had a huge amount of wardrobe space, and we would rather have had some more shelves

Superb hotel in a great location.

Pros: Second time at the hotel and as great as the first time. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Cons: Wish there was a kettle in the room. Not a complaint but works be nice as had to order expensive jugs of coffee to the room everyday.
