Great location & staff!

Pros: The location & attentive of the staff. We had an issue in the room & it was dealt with swiftly & effectively

Cons: I would prefer a bar/restaurant in a restaurant but as this was a last minute booking it worked very well

Pleasant and enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend.

Pros: The 24 hour coffee lounge was a big bonus together with the filtered water available on every floor. Lobby staff pleasant, polite and helpful. Room was immaculately clean and bed very comfortable.

Cons: Nothing to dislike only that the room was on the small size but then all NY hotels are the same.
