Perfect stay for a New York trip!

Pros: The location was excellent, less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Central Station and also very close to 5th Avenue and Times Square. An excellent base for a city break in New York. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the lobby upstairs was lovely. Every single staff member we came across was extremely kind and friendly, and a particular thank you to Mark who was very helpful when our travel was disrupted due to the blizzard. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!!

Comfortable, great location, good amenities

Pros: Amazing property in a good central location. Had such a good stay. Great amenities. Really appreciate the water stations and free water bottles on every floor. The terrace had an amazing view and the lounge had good coffee.
