really convenient location for first trip to NYC

Pros: Location was central, Breakfast was lovely- good variety fresh and warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful they kept our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight home. The room was clean and spacious and was nice to bring food and drinks back at the end of a long day sightseeing and to chill on sofa.

Cons: It was freezing in New York when we were there and the bedrooms were cold, the wind was blowing in through gaps in the windows. It was fine when you got into bed and under covers with a sweater on.

Very pleasant. Great apartment for friends or family.

Pros: Good central location, large rooms. Good breakfast selection and helpful staff especially at breakfast.

Cons: Rooms were very hot, heating is old so couldn’t really be adjusted despite maintenance trying. Radiator in 2nd bedroom kept hissing. Kept window open in lounge to keep things cooler. Both outside windows of the bedrooms didn’t shut properly so let quite a lot of noise in.

Excellent location and value for money

Pros: Excellent location. Surprisingly good breakfast. Loved the 24 hour coffee/ hot chocolate machine. Spacious apartment - great for travelling as a family.

Cons: Main bed was comfortable but we requested a rollaway for our daughter. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable with springs almost poking through.

We had the most amazing time and would definitely stay at Best Western Plus Hospitality House Suites

Pros: The apartments had great space and were perfectly suited for a family. The location was amazing being in the heart of Manhattan, with walking distance to everything.

Cons: There were some troubles with the lift not working some days.

Pros: The apartment was great. Big rooms and all very comfortable. The staff was very nice, with one outstanding person- Mariella in the front desk was so nice and so helpful. She is an treasure for the hotel.

Cons: If there was one more bathroom in the apartment- it was perfect.
