Luxembourg 🇱🇺

Pros: I've stayed here a few times now, and the staff are consistently brilliant. They are friendly, practical and really helpful. There must be some kind of magic being done in managing that hotel, because all the staff are like that. Good value for money for somewhere so close to Grand Central. I wish I'd discovered it when I was travelling to NY more for work.

Pros: The staff are simply excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, and I have not encountered a team who are consistently so helpful, available, practical and simply brilliant. Victoria for example, is one of the most helpful people, while remaining absolutely herself.

Pros: Very clean, great breakfast and free hot beverages throughout the day to fight the cold! Special mention goes out to Victoria at Reception

Cons: A security deposit was deducted when there was no mention of it when booking

Really enjoyed my stay

Pros: Great location, short walk to the UN complex. Room and bathroom were small but thoughtfully designed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons: Would be good to have a plain yogurt option (no sugar added) with breakfast.

Pros: Room was really comfortable, breakfast was excellent, staff were great. The location is perfect, really close to Grand Central. Also like that we could leave our bags after checkout Was a little expensive but I guess that's New York. Will return

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast included. Free tea/coffee in lobby and room. Central location. Free room upgrade.

Pros: The location was perfect! Close to everything! Easy access to grand central, attractions, etc.!

Cons: The breakfast was good, however limited variety of items. There were limited appliances available as well, creating some congestion in the preparation area.

A hotel to recommend.

Pros: All staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is not far from my work which makes it very convenient for me. I need to return to New York again next April for 10 days and hope to maybe obtain a special rate as it is for work.
