Pros: Staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms were lovely - clean, well appointed and very comfortable beds.

Very nice suite to spend DCAT week in

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was very good, could have used some veggies. Our suite was very comfortable and allowed for cooking.

Cons: Some wear and tear (paint letting loose on the cupboard, broken plugs in the wall)

Nice comfortable stay

Pros: Came for mix of work and leisure - chose the hotel as I had reward points to use and needed to add extra nights. Very helpful, accommodating staff, comfortable size room with two beds/enough space while traveling with my sibling. Useful small kitchen. Great breakfast spread and good location walking distance to 5th Av, Broadway, etc so also perfect for tourists.

Cons: The room was a bit dark as it was on a lower floor at the back of taller buildings, but quite big for NYC, so it wasn’t a major issue esp if you’re not in the room often.
