Excellent Hoyel with a great week in New York !

Pros: We had our first date at the Barclay many years ago so it was an experience to share Valentine weekend in the hotel. It has been upgraded and very comfortable .

Very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great staff, very friendly, polite and professional, on all levels. High standards, good gym, very good beds and bedding, very clean hotel including bathroom. I'd recommend it anytime even to my most esteemed friends.

Cons: The rooms are on the small side, dark and deco a bit old BUT, most of the time is spent outside of the room when in NYC so.... Not a complaint really....

Pros: Great hotell, old school with very kind personal and professional. Excellent breakfast buffe. Nice room for 4. Just a few minutes from metro and Rockefeller Center.

Cons: It appeared that the breakfast was only for two (in a rum of 4) so we had to pay separately for our children. The want a guarantee of 200 dollar per day, that was quite a generous amount.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay. It lived up to our expectations.

Pros: Beautiful comfortable room & charming, elegant historic hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Everton was exceptional, thank you.

comfortable and convenience for the purpose of my trip to New York

Pros: I booked a higher category suite so it was very good, the service was extremely efficient and staff were friendly.

Cons: As I was traveling for business, I couldn't control the time I spent or had to eat at the hotel, having only one restaurant with working hours and limited room service was very difficult, especially when dealing with Jetlag. Room service should be offered 24/7 at 5 star hotels like the Intercont. they dont have to serve the entire menu but late night and early morning snacks should be offered.

Overall, a good stay!

Pros: Grandeur, excellent facilities, ample breakfast choice, busy and visible particularly business community, close to many attractions. I was catered for an early check in by at least three hours.

Cons: I'd like to see staff interaction more friendly and less formal.
