Pros: Basically, everything was fine, and everything was quickly accessible from the accommodation.

Cons: There wasn’t always hot water.

I needed an ambulance during my stay. The staff could not have been kinder.

Pros: It was very convenient for Times Square, but reasonably quiet.

Cons: There was nowhere comfortable to sit.

Cons: Like ALL NYC hotel rooms, it was tiny but adequate and the little refrigerator in the room truly made a huge difference.

Great spot to explore manhattan

Pros: Great location, only 10 minutes from grand central. Bed was comfortable and decent shower.

Cons: AC is very loud and no real lobby area.

Had a fabulous stay, the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Pros: Not sure if breakfast was available, we ate out....loads of cafes on the doorstep

Cons: It was a pity the rooftop bar wasn't open, or just a more welcoming place to sit out, if they didn't want to staff it. It is a lovely outdoor seating area.

Not a bad option, well situated.

Pros: Location is perfect. Just half an hour from Central park, MoMA etc.

Cons: There is no any chair in the room!! Although they offer nespresso only carton caps are available in the room. The cleaning is not perfect. One day they did not even collect garbage from the bin.

Wonderful! Fantastic staff, fantastic service, location and balcony was fantastic! We will be back.

Pros: The exceptional staff and accommodations they made to ensure we had a great trip. We got married during our stay there, and they accommodated all needs, brought our packages we had to order last minute up to our room, ensured we had chairs for hair and make up, and cleaned our sometimes ridiculous mess (we tried to pick up as much as possible).

Perfect location, modern and welcoming!

Pros: This is the third time in this hotel and despite trying out several others, this one outperforms all others. It is small, perfectly located in a quiet street close to everything. The rooms are modern, clean and fresh. The staff are lovely and accomodating. The hotel has a collaboration with a great gym around the corner.
