Ideal hotel for a visit to NYC

Pros: Very central in mid town, walking distance to all Major spots and subway right on the corner of the street. Ideal for a touristy trip to NYC! Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Nothing really, nice and quiet even though the hotel is located in a very busy spot.

Pros: Location, politeness of staff, breakfast - but only considering NY standards for this types of hotels and pricing, wifi was not super speedy but Ok and reliable on 10th floor (around 25mbps)

Cons: Missing toilet brush, soft mattress for my taste, but this is matter of preference

Pros: Mangala was very friendly and hospitable - he cooked us dinner and breakfast which were both tasty. The room was comfortable, quiet and had working aircon. Overall a very nice stay and a great host

Pros: The Hotel was in a perfect position to visit Manhattan. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was quite generous.

Cons: The only negative point was that in the description of the room it was written that the sofa was a sofa bed but actually was a classic sofa and it wasn't possible to sleep in it.

Great spot for my trip

Pros: Awesome location, it was a few minutes from Penn station (walking), so it was straightforward to get there from the Newark airport. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the room was great.

A decent stay but disappointed on poor eco friendliness at breakfast

Pros: Very comfortable bed and quiet room (1212) just like I had requested. The window faced a wall of another building so no street traffic noise! Breakfast was included. The buffet was fine; I’ve had much better and much worse. Included hot food like scrambled eggs and sausages… but plastic cheese 😬 I really liked how the bathroom has refillable soap/ shampoo/conditioner rather than minis. The heating worked well in the room. Great location, right next to a subway entrance.

Cons: REALLY disappointed how the breakfast buffet only had wasteful, single-use plastics. The bathroom is freezing unfortunately. The hot water in the shower is ok… it stays lukewarm a bit too long before getting hot. Only one elevator so can be a bit of a wait sometimes. There’s free WiFi but it’s really annoying how it doesn’t “take” at first and it doesn’t connect on the first go.

Great hotel

Pros: Location was perfect. Staff were lovely. Hotel was quiet even though it was full you never heard much noise. We thought breakfast was great.

Cons: It was very warm in the room but we managed to open the windows.
