Pros: Free snacks and drinks in the room. Good breakfast. Location was great
Cons: We ordered packed breakfast and checked with 3 staff members at reception as had to leave the hotel at 5am one morning, in the morning, nobody knew about our breakfast and it wasn't ready.

Pros: The staff were amazing, especially the young man from Queens who was helpful, greeted us warmly and had a wealth of local knowledge. Beds were comfortable, room was clean & warm and we had a bath tub in the room (all be it a very small one, but still helped sooth achy legs from all the steps you'll do when visiting NYC)
Cons: Breakfast on our first day was running very low, hardly any options, but in all fairness staff were super busy, it had just been a snow storm and the breakfast area was packed out with people. The second morning was much better and much less busy. No kettle, so brits, bring a travel one!

Great location, ok for short stay for twp
Pros: The property was in a great location, only 10 mim walk to Penn Station. Lovely comfortable bed. Great cafes and shops within 5-10 min walk
Cons: The room was small but I expected that for New York. I found the staff quite abrupt on reception. We only had breakfast once, as the room was very small and nowhere to sit. Breakfast choices very limited.

A comfortable and convenient stay in a central Manhattan location.
Pros: Convenient location near Madison Square Garden, clean rooms, and a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Cons: The room was a bit small, which is expected for New York, but overall it was manageable.

Great location, very convenient for exploring Manhattan.
Pros: The Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden is a very nice hotel in an excellent central location. It is close to the city center and offers immediate access to the metro, making it extremely convenient for exploring New York. Overall, it is a reliable, well-located, and practical choice for a stay in Manhattan. However, during Christmas time, everything becomes extremely expensive. With the huge number of tourists in the city, the prices are simply crazy, and the concept of value for money almost disappears.
Cons: We are travelling to the USA for the first time, so we honestly did not know what to expect. We also booked breakfast at the hotel, but unfortunately the breakfast was extremely disappointing β very limited selection, low quality, and everything served in disposable plastic. Coming from Greece, where breakfast culture and food quality are taken seriously, it is really hard to believe that this is considered acceptable. In our opinion, it is much better not to book breakfast there and instead enjoy a proper meal outside.

Wonderful stay in New York, hope to be back!
Pros: Comfortable, if small, rooms. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location, minutes from Penn Station.
Cons: The rooms are small and we had to squeeze a crib in for my baby, but I think in central New York most hotel rooms are tiny.
