Insane value for money

Pros: For the price, it was above what it was expected. Very clean daily, decent size bedroom for NYC, everything worked as expected, massive comfy bed, great pillows, very decent breakfast options and perfect location.

Pros: This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and I always return because of the staff's hospitality. The breakfast is also important, and since I was staying alone, it was a benefit. But my main reason for choosing you this year was because I was traveling alone and felt safe with you.

Cons: Check-out at 11:00 AM during the winter is quite inconvenient, especially for those whose flight is only at 9:30 PM.

Pros: The hotel location is great, near the Empire State building, there is a subway station right outside. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and walking distance to Times Square.

Frozen winter trip.

Pros: First time staying here for 6 nights. Staff were easy going n always smiling. Both elevators function pretty good. Room size was ok for solo traveller. Bfast were alright. Oats, muffin, coffee, fruits were delicious. Non bacon egg ommelette were very handy too, even though its not on a daily basis. House keeping was on a daily basis but i didnt ask for it, so i was fine as room was messy with clothes.

Cons: Rattling noise coming from the heater/ac on some nights.. Pillows a little soft but managed well.

Pros: The friendly staff that would do their best to look after you . I recommend this hotel as I really like the small touches of free hot tea and coffee 24/7 after a cold day in the city of NYC. I nearly forgot the free homemade cookies 🍪

Cons: Maybe the lift . It was probably a little slow. We were on the 19th Floor .
