Percent location,friendly stuff

Pros: Perfect location close to the metro and all the attractions. There was a cleaning lady from Guyana and she was the sweetest. Unfortunately i dont remember her name but she was really sweet and helpful

Great location, lovely hotel

Pros: The location was amazing, staff were friendly, clean hotel, comfy bed

Cons: The shower made a really loud noise intermittently, like some kind of pump noise.

Great stay overall

Pros: Great location, easy to get to and from places. Room was cosy

Cons: Wear and tear in places but to be expected in any NYC hotel. No power on our second night which meant lifts were out of action which was no problem if you are on the lower floors but the property has 12 floors so hard to be lugging bags etc up multiple flights of stairs.

Pretty much perfect

Pros: I'm giving an 8 but only because the 9 and 10 standards in NYC must be out of this world. This place is everything you'd want from a hotel. Much bigger rooms than anywhere else in NYC. We had the room with sofa bed. Can see the Empire state from our window. Macys round the corner. Coffee shop with pastries by reception in the morning, a bakery and coffee shop over the road 3 Chinese restaurants over the road, 2 Irish bars open till 4am and the BEST Korean restaurant / bar 3 doors down. We didn't go to the Mediterranean restaurant next door but it looked amazing. It's just the best base for everything. Like 20 steps to the subway to everywhere else.

Cons: Nothing. It's all you need.

Great location, lovely vibes

Pros: The rooms a nicely decorated with very comfy beds. Great location.

Cons: When we first arrived the room we were placed in waa next to a generator so we moved to another room. However the staff were great and did this with no issue.

Elegance to a point!

Pros: Location, style and comfortable. Yes the location was just perfect and close to all you would want. The king room was extremely comfortable and clean , this I may add was all down to the room staff on the 4th floor.

Cons: I only had a few niggles which you may say were minor, but with a hotel like this it’s all in the style and delivery. 1st one of the two elevators continually got stuck or refused to close the door, 2nd the air conditioner/ heater stopped working and on the weekend of the big storm the room was absolutely freezing, yes it was fixed but that’s not really the point & lastly the TV just didn’t want to work and kept switching off, ok why would you want the TV anyway you say but again it’s in the king room so it should work.

Pros: Excellent customer service, incredibly convenient location.

Cons: Shower was a little dated and water took a bit of time to get hot. Also no kettle/ coffee maker/ hot drinks facilities in room which i would have expected as basic complimentary items for the price.

Pros: The property was central to everything in New York, a Subway station at the end of road made it very easy to get around the city. Its within walking distance to everything. We loved the room it was very spacious and cleaned every day! The staff were lovely, will definitely be back!!
