The Marmara Park Avenue

Very enjoyable. Perfect for sightseeing. Staff were fantastic especially the lady behind the bar.

Pros: The location was perfect for seeing the city. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bar and reception was comfortable. The pool area was clean and made a pleasant start to the day.

Cons: Porter trolleys left in reception area was not great.

Cons: The sauna was out of service for the duration of our stay and this is what I primarily booked this hotel for. Also the rooftop bar was closed for construction. The carpet in the room could do with a good cleaning. The bed base not inline with mattress and very painful walking into them.

Great location, and great room size

Pros: Great service - people behind the bar were super friendly

Cons: Only downside didn’t get a receipt for room service when checked out only for this to be taken from my credit card

Cons: breakfast was average, small bathroom, too dark corridors, some common areas need an uplifting

Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel

Pros: Large room with two large double beds (very comfortable), double aspect with view of the Empire State Building and small kitchenette (kettle/coffee machine, fridge but no sink or microwave/cooker). A couple of small issues were dealt with very rapidly. A slightly later checkout was allowed for us which helped.

Cons: The pool water was a little on the cold side when we were there, but a friendly lifeguard was always on duty. The pool closes for a break between 5.00-5.30pm - good to know when you finally get the kids ready and go down to find the pool!

comfortable stay in a top location

Pros: The room is spacious and has a kitchenette which was very handy. The staff was very friendly and made it feel very comfortable. I ordered food in the room and it was very good.

Cons: the phone was not working so if I needed anything I had to go down to tell the reception. The fan in the room was very loud and I did not manage to put it off

A very good option for families

Pros: The hotel is well located. It is close to the Korean tow, Empire State and other interesting sites. Our room was well cleaned and full of kitchen items. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave a teddy bear 🧸 to my son and he loved it. The entrance of the hotel is well decorated and it is stunning.

Cons: The indoor swimming pools should have an hotter water. Maybe a jacuzzi should be a good investment.

Great relaxing time with family

Pros: Great location. Lovely quiet hotel. Great to come back to after a busy day in New York
