Hotel 31 Extended Stay

Pros: Every time I go to New York, I choose this hotel. It has an excellent location and is convenient to go anywhere, whether by subway or on foot.

comfortable and close to 5th ave

Pros: My room had plenty of sunlight, It was spacious It was very good! I highly recommend the place. What I liked most was the location, close to 5th Ave.

Great hotel and price for an extended stay.

Pros: Stayed for 30 days and this was excellent for the price. The hotel had a great location in midtown Manhattan, just off Park Avenue with subway just a few minute's walk, and it felt very safe even very late at night. Had a room with private bathroom; the room itself was very quiet and clean, so had a good night's sleep every night. Would highly recommend for an extended stay. Lots of choice for eating and sightseeing nearby - you're basically in the centre of Manhattan with easy access to everything.

Recommended, do not hesitate.

Pros: Warmly recommended. I stayed one month. Not a top location, but almost. Super close to the 4&6 green subway line. Excellent value for money; super clean; super friendly reception & staff. Many restaurants and the Trader Joe supermarket closeby. Empire State building, Fifth Avenue, Grand Central station, Morgan Library and Union Square within easy walking distance.

Cons: Some rooms do not have much daylight, but it does mean you have privacy. My room was excellent. Breakfast not included, but I did not find that an issue, and coffee was provided every day.

Visited NY for work during 1 month, totally worth it!

Pros: I stayed at Hotel 31 for a month for work. Property is well located, really close to the Empire State building and with a Subway stop (line 6) 1 minute away. Front desk staff were so helpful and kind to me, they always greeted me with a smile. Everyday they cleaned the room, that is a plus. Beds were comfy, room big enough... all good!

Cons: Just to say something, the building is kind of old, especially the elevator, but they take really good care of everything so it's not an issue!

Pros: Personnel toujours attentif et souriant! Je me suis sentie à la maison et quand on voyage seule c’est quelque chose qu’on apprécie particulièrement! De plus: idéalement situé pour les déplacement! C’est le top! MERCI

Pros: La Pulizia, stanza con tutti i confort, personale educato e disponibile , reception 24h punto strategico, metro vicinissima.

Cons: WI Fi lenta a volte non connetteva assolutamente.

Pros: Management was kind and helpful Room with bathroom very clean. Excellent location in Manhattan. Walking distance from Trader Joe's.. Nail shop around the corner. Several nearby churches

Cons: Not too many television stations. Vending machines are recommended. Sometimes due to limited staff, it might take longer in evening to get certain items delivered to room.

Exceptionnel !

Pros: Globalement, tout m’a plu mis à part la climatisation bruyante dans la salle de bain. L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais propre. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable ! J’ai eu l’heureuse surprise d’avoir un petit frigo dans ma chambre qui était plutôt spacieuse. Très satisfaite de mon séjour d’un mois, à proximité des meilleurs sites touristiques. Je recommande vivement et ai hâte d’y retourner !

Great location, affordable, clean and attentive staff.

Pros: Had a double bed room (space for luggage-moving to NYC) and a private bath. Which honestly probably made the experience great. Room was clean and the hotel location is excellent.

Cons: Everything met my expectations.
