Very enjoyable

Pros: Location was perfect and very family friendly. Perfect for our children to use the pool in the morning also

Cons: The pressure from others to vacate beds, people hovering by the pool watching and waiting for guests to vacate

Amazing location, beautiful hotel - had the best time!

Pros: The location is perfect, the hotel was very clean and had great facilities. Staff were overall very good, helpful and attentive.

Cons: Weirdly I could hear the rooms around me but not all the time - I could hear a sigh or a zipper sometimes and other times nothing. I had someone else's alarm wake me up 3 x one morning at 6am as I guess he didn't want to get up and kept pressing snooze!

Pros: it was all lovely - best hotel I have stayed in for a long time

Cons: tea and coffee making facilities in room would be good ice machines would be good given you given ice buckets I could not download the lululemon app so did not manage to use the yoga mirror

Great stay !

Pros: The hotel was great – in a perfect location, with a comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Everything was smooth and well-organized, making the stay really enjoyable overall.

Cons: Everything went smoothly and made for a pleasant stay.

Great stay disappointing after care.

Pros: It is in a wonderful location and the facilities are excellent.

Cons: We paid a $1000 security deposit for each room. We did not charge anything to the rooms. One month after check out this has still not been returned to our bank account. They say it could be up to 30 working days which is 6 weeks holding our money. This was not explained to us at check in- they just said it will be returned to you on check out. Very misleading and unnecessary.

Chilled out vibe at Gansevoort in Meatpacking

Pros: Meatpacking is a fabulous location. Chilled out vibe. Close to Highline, West Village and Greenwich. Subway station a few minutes walk with connections to every part of Manhattan and over to Brooklyn. Gansevoort is a lovely hotel. Great pool and gym. Comfy and large rooms. Staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Cons: All good! Just beware when booking that pool is only available for under 18s between 7am-12pm and then is over 18s. However, they don’t ask for ID so if you’ve got close to 18 year olds, who look 18 and behave like adults round the pool, you’re fine.

Flawless customer service; brilliant team here who made us feel special and welcome. And a brilliant location.

Pros: The staff were excellent: friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: It’s expensive: the accommodation and the food and drink. And you can’t lie around the pool, there are slouchy chairs, but no lying down sun beds apart from the ones, at great cost, to hire.
