Pros: The hotel staff were really helpful. The hotel rooms were extra warm and spacious, and the shower was quite nice. Although I struggled to carry my heavy suitcases up to the third floor because there was no elevator in the hotel, the hotel staff immediately carried them for me. The hotel's location is GREAT. It's so close to the metro that it feels like it runs right through the hotel. In short, it's a hotel where you'll be very satisfied with the price-performance ratio. It's also within walking distance to Chelsea and Soho. I definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only thing I can say is that I wish the hotel were a bit cleaner, and it's difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs because there's no elevator. The Wi-Fi signal was weak at the far end of the room, but it wasn't a problem.
