Amazing location, amazing staff

Pros: The staff were amazing including the room service staff. They quickly managed to arrange a kettle for me and were happy to arrange a taxi. The taxi driver managed to get us to the airport in time even though there was crazy traffic with some quick thinking. Jay was really helpful during our checking.

Cons: The size of the room was really small. I visited with my son and for two of us there wasnt any space to move around. That was a major downside of the hotel as I have stayed at cheaper places in New York and the rooms were very large compared to this place. There is a nightclub at the top of the hotel and on weekends and some days they have parties and we could hear the beats in our room. The hotel supplied ear buds to wear during the sleep but I cannot use them. It wasnt a major inconvienience since we were on the 9th floor and the club on thte 12th floor. But if you take a room below 12th floor then it will be a problem.

Great hotel & environment, but small room.

Pros: The hotel environment was amazing and also the staff was very nice. Especially a guy name Jay.

Cons: The rooms are tinny and they charge 80 usd if you wish to have a beach chair in the pool area.

Pros: Jay and Anthony were the high light of my stay! 5 star customer service, super accommodating, always polite and smiling. Customer service goes a long way - when you dont expect a tip either!

Pros: Very trendy and well located. Amazing party on the rooftop. Nice deco

Cons: Unfortunately the pool is opening late in the saison and we have not been able to enjoy it.

Pros: Large room for NYC standards, a comfortable stay for our family of 4 in two queen beds (usually booking separate rooms for teen daughters so I was a bit sceptical about sharing). Fun neighbourhood with Chelsea Market literally at our feet. Very close to subway Reasonable price for NY standards

Cons: No coffee making facilities in room which I thought was substandard for 4* hotel. Noice from rooftop hardly noticeable in our floor but might be a problem higher up
