Great little hotel in a super location

Pros: Great location. Super clean, lovely helpful staff. Good to have the use of the dining kitchen & facilities along with a fridge in the bedroom.

Cons: Our bedrooms faced on the street and were a little noisy. Ear plugs worked well.

Pros: Great really lovely helpful staff who made us feel very welcome , superb location right by shops restaurants and subway , couldn't fault it .

Cons: I don't like they took a holding g fee of $200 out of our bank , which they told us would be go back in with in 3 to 7 days after we left , as yet we haven't received it and have been back in UK for 2 weeks, so that is over 3 weeks and have messaged the hotel and heard nothing , we left our rooms spotless so no issues there .

Fabulous , friendly and quirky. Great location. ❤️❤️❤️.

Pros: No breakfast But freshly brewed coffee and juices. , which was fabulous. As we were on the ground flour , it was great to be able to walk out to kitchen to get fresh coffee first thing in PJ’s ❤️. Fabulous garden too , to sit out in to read , chat, or just relax. Staff were so friendly , helpful and welcoming.

Amazing location, small rooms!

Pros: Brilliant location, friendly staff, good communal space, free coffee.

Cons: Rooms are small for the money but I guess you pay for location. Felt a little mislead with the one bedroom ‘suite’- photos on the website showed an extra room which I guess is the apartment. The bathroom was too small for 3 people, we saw other rooms and were unlucky as other rooms had bigger bathrooms.

Well priced hotel in a good location. Very convenient but definitely not luxurious.

Pros: Location was excellent close to the subway, Chelsea Markets and the High Line. Walkable to many areas. Staff were always approachable, helpful and friendly. Coffee. tea, cold drinks and kitchen facilities available. Very clean.

Cons: Unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable. Mattress was not the best. Room & Bathroom quite small. No breakfast available. Also no elevator and had quite steep stairs, but in fairness was priced accordingly for the location.

Pros: Not the hotel's fault that all NYC prices are insane; they were one of the cheaper places. Good enough room. The patio/sunroom was a nice place to wait.

Cons: No elevator; heard everyone going up and down the stairs.

Little hidden gem in fantastic location. Great facilities, spacious and clean with great storage.

Pros: Very spacious, with plenty of storage for a really comfortable stay. Fantastic location to explore all of the local sights and attractions

Cons: The only thing I would say would have improved our experience would be if we had come coffee/tea and milk sachets in the room with there being a fully equipped kitchen/coffee machine/kettle. We were up so early each morning due to time difference in London. A morning coffee would have been great, and this wasn’t on offer upstairs until 7am.

Great long stay! Recommend it without any concerns

Pros: Amazing long-ish stay at Chelsea Pines Inn. I will definitely stay there again whenever I’m in NYC. Location is excellent, almost unbeatable: metro at the doorstop (and it is the one that goes directly to JFK), two blocks away from the river, great near neighborhoods for food and cool shops.. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is complimentary coffee during the morning and a nice shared kitchen and patio. The single room is quite small, but nothing that bothers a solo traveler.

Cons: The daily housekeeping is not great: they basically change your towels, take the trash out and do your bed. They do not actually clean your apartment… but it works.
