Fabulous, NYC is an amazing city with heaps to do. The Moore hotel is a lovely choice to enhance your stay.

Pros: Location was fabulous. Rooms were comfortable but small NYC style.

Cons: Not much, only the rooms were small.

Wonderful stay in Chelsea at extremely clean and modern boutique hotel with the friendliest staff

Pros: Had a great stay at the Moore. Above all, the staff were always super friendly, the hotel looks like the photos (very modern and clean), it was just a few blocks from the High Line and West Side Highway as well as lots of small art galleries in Chelsea so it was great for morning runs and afternoon exploring, and the token concept for breakfast/a sneaky wine at night was very useful.

Cons: Nothing big to fault at all. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only little things like the fact that the rooms are small (so bear that in mind if travelling with a large suitcase), hallways were a little dimly lit for my liking, cold water machine was out for repair (and usually only available from the gym which is in the basement) although staff were always willing to refill my bottle with chilled water from the cafe, rooftop bar was not open Monday/Tuesdays and when open, would close by 10pm, and there was no kettle available in the room (although this wasn't needed during summer).

Fantastic location, fantastic staff

Pros: Fantastic location, attentive and friendly staff and a fabulous rooftop bar! The toiletries were top notch, and the staff made a killer coffee for us every morning.

Cons: The rooms are very small- which was challenging. The corridors and lifts are poorly lit also. It would also be great if there was a diffuser attachment available for the hairdryer.

Pros: great location and friendly staff. train left us within 80m of hotel on arrival. within in 90 mins of plane landing at JFK we had booked into hotel

Pros: The position is great and perfect to walk around Chelsea. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, it is clean and the employees are nice and professional. Nice and clean rooms, never too big in New York but comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is so well situated and was a perfect base for a solo female visitor to New York. Karen and all of the staff

Pros: Loved the decor and amenities. The staff were warm and attentive. Great location. Really great selections of coffees and wines at the lobby bar

Cons: Nothing - it’s my new favourite NY hotel!
