Short stay in Chelsea close to family. This accommodation ticked the boxes.

Pros: Location was good and best value accommodation I could find in the area. Good shared kitchen, living, laundry and work spaces. Close to metro

Cons: Single room was tiny!

Pros: Check-in instructions sent on time, and pretty simple. Nice communal area. Bedroom was clean. Was a bit nervous about sharing a bathroom, but it was clean enough. Good location.

Cons: Heating was okay most of the time, but one night I struggled to get it working, and it was -15 outside. Room is not the most spacious, but the hall and kitchen area make up for it. Besides - it's new york

Pros: Having a share places such as living room, laundry, workspace was especially great.

All round very enjoyable.

Pros: The location was ideal for a holiday in New York. The living space and kitchen downstairs were excellent. The facilities in the kitchen were exactly what we required. Our bedroom was a little small, however we only spent time sleeping in there and used the downstairs living space on occasions. The bathroom was kept clean, and using a shared bathroom was not an issue. The bathroom was always available. The other occupants in the location were from other parts of the world and everybody was very pleasant and friendly.

Cons: The bedroom could have been a bit larger.

Pros: I liked the area was a good location had lots of things nearby and very pretty neighbourhood

Cons: Was a little cold - but the lady mentioned she was getting the heating switched on before i left, so i guess that would of changed now

Pros: The property was clean and really well located, perfect for my work trip and the facilities including the kitchen and workspaces were great.

Pros: Location was great, close to the train and some food places. Contacting the community manager was easy and I got a super quick response. The room gave privacy and was big enough for my suitcase, so it was perfect.

Cons: WiFi dropped out a few times on the first floor (aka not the ground floor) as I think the router was on the floor above. My room was directly above the door and I was woken a few times from people leaving early for their flights and the door slamming.

Pros: Location is perfect and I was able to catch a subway and walk to main attractions in Midtown.

Cons: There wasnt a microwave in the kitchen and i dont enjoy cooking....would have made instant microwavable meals easier. more.

A very good option for a work visit to New York

Pros: The common spaces (kitchen, living room and the working space) are superb. Looking good, clean, spacious and perfectly equippped. The location is also excellent and the subway is very close. The room itself has everything that you need, and the property manager was friendly and responsive.

Cons: The room was quite small. I didn't have much stuff, but even a single suitcase was hard to put somewhere where it wouldn't be \
