Great value

Pros: Great value, comfortable ,very clean and the view of the Empire State Building and the Edge out the bedroom window was brilliant

Cons: Not to much to mention

Pros: The view from the roof, the location, the room size is great, happy hour, with beer, wine, and cheeses.

Cons: Really small things in the room that need fixing. A little effort from the maintenance people and then it's perfect.

Good hotel. Nice stay.

Pros: Good room, great location, appropriately priced. Met expectations. A last minute need for a suit to be pressed was organized efficiently - for a price of course.

Cons: I'm sure many people have already commented on the inadequacy of the two elevators to service the entire building.

Pros: great location all information were clear on paper given during check in smooth check in and out will stay again very near to time square and walking distance empire state building and central park .

Pros: The location is excellent, the room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety with different foods each morning.

Cons: You might be waiting a while for the elevators during peak times (mainly during the morning times).

Pros: Good facility, value for money. Highly Recommended

Perfect location for discovering New York!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made many of our planned destinations easily reachable by foot. In addition, there was a great subway station just around the corner with many convenient connections. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was varied and changed slightly from day to day, with even fresh fruit and good-quality yogurt available every morning. Having a full breakfast every day also led to significantly lower costs for eating out. The only minor downside was that the breakfast room was quite cold early in the mornings during a strong winter storm, but overall this did not affect our positive experience.

Cons: One thing we liked less was the air conditioning unit, which was also used for heating the room. It happened to become quite loud and heavily disturbed my sleep during the first few nights. Without it, the room would have been too cold, but sleeping right next to the unit was difficult due to the very irregular noises (regardless of the selected mode). The air also felt quite dry, which we are not used to from living in Germany. Using earplugs helped from the beginning, and after a few days I got used to it and was able to sleep well even without earplugs. I am only writing this because I am usually an extraordinary good sleeper and we only brought earplugs for my partner so this was an unusual experience. Additionally, one of the two stove plates in the room did not work at all, and the other one worked poorly. We only noticed this after a few days, when we had already fully settled in. We are sure the hotel would likely have found a solution if we had reported it, but at that point it was not important enough for us to address it.

Pros: Location, buffet breakfast and the staff especially VINCE, he is getleman guy and helpful!

Great value for money, fantastic location and friendly staff.

Pros: Fantastic location. Good breakfast. All the staff were wonderful. Felt very safe with 24 hour reception and security guards.

Cons: Plastic cutlery and cups at breakfast.
