Super bolthole for NYC exploration

Pros: Super location, clean and bright and functional room, great staff and service throughout

Great value for money, could not recommend more

Pros: Basic but all you need for NYC, unbelievable value for money. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Cons: Noisy rooms, AC fan from next room was loud over night and street traffic could be heard but that’s NYC

Pros: Although the room seemed small, it had everything you need in your accommodation, for someone traveling through New York. I already knew it was well located, but I only realized it was even better than I thought when I went out every morning to explore the city; everything was close to the hotel. They even made it possible, without any problem, to leave my luggage at the hotel and pick it up later, so I could enjoy my last day in the city without worries. I will definitely return on my next visit to New York.

We had a great stay, great location for getting out and about around New York, we would recommend.

Pros: The rooms we had were compact but clean and tidy rooms with a comfortable beds. Great location.

Exceptional Stay

Pros: We happened to be in New York during last weekend’s major blizzard, and Pod 39 truly exceeded our expectations. Due to flight cancellations, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us in extending our reservation at a special rate and even offered complimentary breakfast. We were so grateful for their flexibility and warmth during what could have been a very stressful situation. The free morning coffee was a lovely touch, the heating worked perfectly (which was essential during the snowstorm), and the showers had excellent water pressure and temperature. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. Thank you for the hospitality! Pod 39 is definitely our go-to place whenever we visit NYC.

Excellent location and very comfortable stay

Pros: The room was small as expected, but very practical, clean and comfortable. The location is amazing — honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in New York. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back on a future trip!

Cons: Nothing in particular — everything was exactly as expected and in line with what you can expect from a hotel in New York at this price.

Pros: Good location, reasonable price and convenient easy stay.

Cons: Could have included the pastries/breakfast in the price with the free coffee/tea.

The stay at Pod 39 made my overall trip to New York even better.

Pros: The area of the hotel was magnificent. Everything was walkable and metro station closest by being Grand Central was such a joy everyday.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, clean and compact space.
