Great for lower manhatten

Pros: Nice bed, view of manhatten bridge, nice shower. Location very good for lower manhatten attractions, brooklyn, China town, little Italy etc but subway can get you elsewhere

Cons: Room had a few small issues but didn't spoil enjoyment (leaky tap, shower leaking) $150 Deposit requirement was a surprise, in case of broken TV etc I was told

Pros: Hotel is nice and clean and staff were ll friendly and helpful. Hotel is near the station and also one ride to jfk airport.

Cons: There is no bidet in the toilet

Pros: Very clean, spacious room, wonderful view of the Brooklyn bridge, a lot of shops nearby to buy all the essentials, coffee machine in the room plus free coffee 24/7 at the lobby and very warm and helpful staff!! I would definitely visit again..

Great family room

Pros: Great location, comfy beds. We had a small fridge in our room. They have a water and ice dispenser in the basement

Cons: We had a noisy neighbour one night blaring music however the staff sorted by getting them to turn off the music but it took 3 times. No mirror over vanity table for doing hair and make up. No kettle in room but tea making facolities in the lobby.

Pros: Amazing downtown location, at the door steps of Soho, can walk easily to the subway stations! Easy commute everywhere else. Stuff is nice-front desk and cleaning ladies!!! Toilet was fixed quickly) Beds are quality and large! Overall, great value for money. We will return!

Pros: We stayed 7 days at the Superior King size room on 6th floor with beautiful city view. The room was clean and spatious (as stated in room info), service was attentive and frequent. I guess there are rooms of different features and standards, so make sure you book the right one for the amazing stay.

Excellent and memorable

Pros: Excellent location with extremely helpful staff specially Mr Hafiz Rehman. He made our stay comfortable as i was travelling with a kid. He looked after everything during our stay and was extremely helpful. I would definitely visit again !!
