Pros: The Hotel is in a fabulous location in Chinatown, room was delightful and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Staff at reception were really helpful regarding nearby restaurants, etc.

Pros: good location, i think there is no better place for that price, friendly stuff, we have free option to leave our luggages after the check-out and before the check-in

Cons: there is a train line nearby the window but with closed window we barely heard anything.

Pros: Loved this spot. It’s right in the middle of Manhattan near great food and transit. The room felt cozy and the double windows did a great job blocking out the city noise. I had a great night's sleep!

Cons: It’s not a luxury 5-star, but adding a kettle and a bottle of water (without the extra charge) would really level up the experience for travelers.

Good Stay Overall, Small Heating Issue

Pros: The room was a bit small, but rooms of similar size are common in New York at this price range. It was very clean, and both the room and the shower were comfortable.

Cons: The room was a bit cold. I believe there was a central heating system. I informed the staff, and they took action, but it was not sufficient.
