Great location and Deli next door, good heating in winter

Pros: Given all the negative reviews we didn’t expect much, and albeit I can’t say it was great it was truly alright. Very well working heating system (although super loud 😅) in the room, excellent location, new bathroom and large comfy bed. Missing hair dryer was provided immediately. Excellent Deli across the street, 3$ large coffee and yummy spicy breakfast burrito all fresh and super kind staff there. Amazing ramen place next door. Hotel staff friendly.

Cons: Room wasn’t really clean, dirt from previous guest in several corners, many things either broken or empty. One night guys sat next to elevator drinking, playing music and throwing beer cans around. While mattress was great, pillows were like concrete. Vending machine at reception empty. Overall 1.000$ for 4 nights is overpriced.

Pros: Clean big rooms and bed, hot🔥 showers, AC/ heating, friendly staff

Pros: I picked it because it was the cheapest option with a private bathroom in Manhattan. Honestly there's all you need for a quick stay. The room was quiet small but all in all it was a good stay.

Cons: Shower works in a totally unusual way - me and my friend couldn't figure it out by ourselves and had to ask at the reception. I feel like they could have told us about it during check-in.

Very good value for the price

Pros: The room was new and clean. Fridge and microwave included. We left the bags at the reception before check in and after check out and it was fine. Localisation is great for that price, still on manhattan, in chinatown thats quite safe and with 3 metro stations in a distance of few blocks away.

Cons: Very loud street in front so for light sleeper will be a problem.

Pros: The room provided what we needed at a very reasonable price compared to other hotels in New York.

Cons: The immediate area around was not particularly attractive but other areas were much higher prices.

Pros: Really nice place to stay in NYC and not pay a fortune. Metro stations are close and you’re easily connected with all major landmarks in town. Staff was nice and it was very clear, would come here again!

Exceeded expectations!

Pros: As a solo woman traveller, I came with low expectations after reading the reviews, but they were totally exceeded! My stay was wonderful, better than in more expensive apartments or hotels. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled nice, the bed was enormous, and there was no noise. Totally recommended!

Overall great

Pros: Location was great, close to metro station 3 stops away from central Manhattan, 1 hour away by foot. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean

Cons: Room cards can stop working and has to be replaced or sometimes you have to swap several times to unlock

Perfect stay

Pros: There is nothing else I can say: one of the best places to stay in New York. Reception open 24 hours, kinda safe area and perfect location. And the rooms are very high standard for their prices. Been here before and will go there again.

Pros: Great room, clean and comfortable. Would stay again 😊
