Great Stay, helpful staff clean and tidy

Pros: Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaning staff were attentive and respectful. Whilst parts of the hotel are a little dated it was clean, warm, comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was a little small but you expect that in NYC. It was clean and tidy, bathroom and shower was of a good size and nice hot water constant. Coffee machine worked well and room had a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. I had a great stay during the snowstorm of 2026 and I would most definitely stay here again

Cons: Parts of the interior are a little dated but that doesn’t take away from the fact it was clean, tidy and warm

The perfect stay to the end of a great trip

Pros: The location was great. Gave easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The hotel receptionist was fab, helped us so many times with anything needed

Great hotel

Pros: The hotel was an amazing location. Could walk to times square, 5th av for the shopping. Lots of restaurants and shops around, has a bar that serves lovely food and staff so friendly.

Cons: The room was quite small but I think for the central location it makes up for it

Clean, tidy and great location

Pros: Location was great! 2 min walk from port authority which is where we caught the subway to and from Jamaica to switch to airtrain to and from airport. Also easy to jump on subway to get around every day.

Cons: A few homeless hanging around outside each evening and morning

Pros: Website allows you to book for breakfast but you have to walk 4 blocks down. Lift sytem is ridiculous. I had to carry an electric wheelchair down eight floors of steps on six occassions in a two night stay as we waited more than 20 minutes and still could not get in a lift.... really bad
