A relaxing stay in NYC

Pros: The staff was welcoming upon our arrival. The room was spacious for New York City, clean, comfortable and quiet. We had an excellent dinner next door at Audace. The checkout time is generous. The breakfast was limited but what they had was good. I had a bagel, hard boiled egg, yogurt and banana. Easy walk from the train station if you don’t have much luggage.

Fantastic hotel, made perfect by an amazing team

Pros: This was our first visit to the Hotel Giraffe, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. We loved the location, the size of the room and the lobby facilities. What particularly made our stay wonderful was how exceptional every member of your team is - from Housekeeping to Front Desk, nothing was too difficult and it made the stay perfect. We would be grateful if you could extend our thanks to the management team. We will certainly be back!

Cons: We would have preferred a walk in shower, because of a mobility issue, but did manage OK

Fabulous, friendly hotel in great location

Pros: Lovely hotel, amazing staff, large rooms, spotless, loved the all day coffee and tea plus snacks. Opposite the subway in a lovely location, five minute walk from plenty of great restaurants, ten minute walk to the Empire State Building. Fabulous.

Great location, welcoming staff and good amenities

Pros: Location was fabulous, staff were fantastic, room was lovely and the fact you could help yourself to coffee, tea, drinks and snacks at any point in the day was amazing
