Friendly hotel with outstanding location and amazing views.

Pros: Outstanding location. Convenient to walk to many places, but has multiple subways lines running very close. The view from our room was impressive, could not help but look at that Manhattan skyline no matter what time of day. Rooftop lounge. Smaller than the pictures indicate, but has a great vibe, great views and great cocktails. Well equipped gym Friendly helpful staff

Cons: The billing was very confusing. It was correct but took a lot of head scratching to work out how they had come to the final figure! Why make people go outside in -5 deg to access the rooftop lounge when there is internal access!!!!

Very Nice hotel, but not really appropriated if youre traveling with kids

Pros: The views are amazing ! Waking up and getting asleep were definitely the best part of the stay. Staff were incredibly friendly as well, and very well located !

Cons: Travelling as a family with small children, we were unable to access the 35th floor as it was for 16+ only. I thought it was such a shame as hotel customers that we couldnt enjoy the rooftop for a drink, seing outsiders coming up every day. There is even a separate entry to access the 35th floor directly from the outside with a security agent, seems like a kind of nightclub to me. We were told to go individually if we wanted to get a drink. Which is not an option when traveling with your family. There’s plenty of other rooftops in the city for outsiders, I just thought as a customer from the hotel for the price you pay, that it would be nice to have access to the rooftop, specially when you don’t get a the chance to get a nice room with views.

Amazing - Couldn’t fault our stay

Pros: My friend and I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. We checked in early and left our bags, and when we returned, the staff had kindly placed us in a top-floor room with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. The room was clean and had plenty of space for the two of us. All of the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. It was a fantastic stay — I couldn’t recommend it enough and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: All the hotel staff were amazing and very friendly. They helped us with everything. The cleanliness was excellent, and having a rooftop bar upstairs with exclusive access for guests was also an attractive feature. The location was great, you’re in the city center and very close to the subway. It was easy to get around, even late at night. I definitely recommend it.

Cons: The thing I liked the least about the hotel was the constant ventilation fan noise, which we couldn’t turn off. I can also say that the rooms were a bit small, and having the wardrobes integrated under the bed made it difficult, especially when changing clothes.

Pros: Really friendly staff, rooms are nicely designed and were modern. We stayed on the 30th floor and booked king size with city views and must say the views were amazing!!!

Cons: Room size is compact and storage is limited. We would have also benefited from a mini fridge to keep our water cold.
