We will definitely be staying at the Chelsea on our return to NYC, it was a dream.

Pros: It was a dream staying at the Chelsea hotel and exceeded our expectations. My partner is an artist and I surprised her with this booking and she absolutely loved our stay there.

Pros: This is truely the best Hotel i have stayed at. No it is not cheap but you have to stay here just once. The staff and facilities are great, and the Cafe Chelsea is second to none. We will be Back👍👍👍👍

Iconic, historic and luxurious. Absolute perfection.

Pros: Iconic, historic, legendary hotel with luxury experience, in a great location for exploring. The decor is beautiful, original features respectfully restored and in keeping with original design. We had a room with balcony next to the sign ! Bath tub and seated area. Staff were so helpful and friendly and made our stay perfect, we were given complimentary room upgrade and wine as we were staying at the Chelsea to get married. Steps away from subway. Ideal place to explore the more interesting neighbourhoods in Manhattan and avoid the traditional tourist areas. An easy subway ride over to Brooklyn too. Chelsea flea and Chelsea market around the corner.

Cons: Absolutely nothing about the hotel !!! Perfect in every way. However, the staff at the Chelsea cafe weren’t as friendly and helpful as the hotel. Our waitress was pretty grumpy and made our wedding day breakfast uncomfortable. We didn’t go back to eat there again, even though the food was delicious.

Overall a great stat with helpful staff in great surroundings. We enjoyed the gym, the bar and the restaurants

Pros: Beautifully renovated- this was my second stay and love the rooms and location

Cons: V small niggle - please replace the tubes of toiletries and have shower caps that don’t break on first use - I got thru 5 in a week which felt wasteful but everyone broke

Pros: Stayed at the Chelsea Hotel — what a vibe! Incredible atmosphere, warm and personal. I had a request to change rooms, and the team was beyond accommodating — they turned a regular trip into something unforgettable. I wish the whole world could treat people the way you do. Thank you

Cons: When I first arrived, my room had a lingering smell of smoke, but the staff was incredibly kind and quick to help.
