Really great hotel in one of the best locations in Philly
Pros: Location Property in general- great communal spaces and bedroom Previous Four Seasons
Cons: Expensive and chaotic Valet parking We chose to park in a garage ax the street which was one minutes walk for less than a third of the price (with unlimited in and out privileges) I was overcharged on checking in (on top of the hefty deposit!) though management did sort this out for me

Pros: We liked the hotel, its cleanliness and breakfast, its location and private parking, but the parking could have been more affordable, they gave us a comfortable room with a very nice view, the staff we met was helpful, we spent quality time with my wife
Cons: However, when we went to Assembly Rooftop, we learned that staying at the hotel was not enough, the reservations were separate from the hotel and the reservations were full. I really wanted to see it but it was full all day, we couldn't go in, this disappointed me because I don't live in this city and I was curious. It would have made us happy if there was a special area for hotel residents, one of the reasons we stayed at the hotel was to sit there. Other than that, it was a nice experience, thank you

Not planned stop.
Pros: The hotel is well located in a beautiful part of Philadelphia. It gives you a good impression when you enter and it can offer a lot of services.
Cons: The Hotel was a bit dirty with some dust on some forniture and also the moquette is dirty.

Great place to stay in Philadelphia
Pros: The hotel was exactly as advertised. The staff from all areas of the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was spacious. It was central to getting around to where we were going.
Cons: There was nothing to comment except that there were no laundry facilities at the hotel. However, there were laundies that you could access nearby.

Couldn't have been better!
Pros: Urban Farmer: food was very good and the tables were spaced out so it was not noisy. Room, lobby were large and appealing. Ease of getting transportation. Proximity to the Barnes, Rodin, and PMA
Cons: Hard pressed to think of anything.

Fabulous place and location
Pros: The location of the hotel was absolutely very good! The breakfast was wonderful with many options for kids and adults The staff was very friendly and helpful The small coffee place was a smart idea to buy drinks and patisserie during the morning before we’re ready to go to breakfast and for people who didn’t payed for breakfast The library was amazing, we loved it
Cons: The blanked on the bed was looks very poor with out a proper cover which was not comfortable The beds was so small for 4 people in a one room This is what we were offered by booking Other options was not even expecting in the hotel The reception was offered an upgrade for additional cost We refused to take it

The Logan is a beautiful hotel, very comfortable with friendly staff. I will definitely return.
Pros: I very much liked my room with a view of Logan Fountain. The staff was gracious, I was seated in my favourite wingback chair at the restaurant which also served excellent food. I appreciated the small store where I could get coffee in the early morning.
Cons: My room was not clean when I arrived, it had not been vacuumed. It was immediately corrected, but during my whole stay a thick coat of dust remained in hard to get to places, e.g. under the chest of drawers. The elevators also needed cleaning, the same broken glass remained in the corner of the dirty elevator floor during my entire stay. I also found the price for wine exorbitant - a glass of Pinot Noir should not cost $29.
